Professional, extremely courteous, and finished the work when promised. He went above and beyond by cutting branches that were on our very tall roof while he was up high. Very pleased with the overall job Randy and his family did. I talked with Randy on a Saturday, he came out that afternoon and gave me an estimate. Told me it might be a couple of weeks. By Thursday of that week they were on the job. Repaired the eave on the back of my house, cleaned all the gutters, installed the gutter guards and cleaned up after and were finished by Friday. During the estimate process, Randy identified a few other areas that he would be able to improve the overall performance of my existing gutters to help ensure the water had the easiest path to the downspouts.
